Suffolk Mind works across the continuum, from wellbeing to ‘severe and enduring’ mental ill-health, providing support & information for everyone. All of us have mental health, just as we have physical health. We are all on the mental health continuum – and we move up and down it depending on how we cope with the challenges of life and the stresses that it creates.
We provide housing and support services to individuals with enduring mental health issues and are looking for a passionate and dedicated Support Worker to work part time at our service in Sawston - Cambridge.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who can support tenants by providing high levels of one-to-one support with all aspects of daily living such as cooking, shopping and budgeting as well as providing emotional support.
A trainee will expect to earn £8.91 per hour and once fully qualified as a support worker this will increase to £9.61 per hour
You will be working 18.5 hours per week
