We are looking for a Support Workers to work in our coastal housing services. We provide housing and recovery support to individuals who have experienced mental health issues and may have spent time in hospital.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Support Worker to work full time at our housing service in Woodbridge.
We provide housing and recovery support to individuals who have experienced mental health issues and may have spent time in hospital.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who can support tenants in various social activities which include communal meals, gardening, walks and games.
Experienced Support Worker (or Trainee)
Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Salary: £18,500 – £20,600 per annum (£9.61 – £10.70 per hour – rates differ for a trainee)
- Plus earn up to £2000 per annum from Sleep-in shifts
We will also consider a trainee Support Worker for those who are looking to get into the role but do not have the full list of skills or experience.
*A trainee will expect to earn £17,143 per annum (£8. 91 per hour) and once fully qualified as a support worker this will increase to £18,500 per annum (£9.61 per hour)
Key requirements for this role:
- You will be required to work sleep-ins on a 6 week rota system
- Relevant practical skills and willingness to support individuals in practical everyday tasks
- Certificate in Community Mental Health, NVQ Level 3 in relevant area, or willing to work towards as a trainee
- Relevant experience of working with people who have long term mental health needs or associated field
- Ability to work shifts and flexible hours if applicable to service demands
