On 28 August, Hot Topics are hosting the TechGirl Festival in partnership with Cambridge United Football Club. It’s a high-energy, in-person event for young women aged 16+ to explore careers in tech and STEM, and meet some of the most inspiring people in the industry.
What’s in store:
- Hands-on tech experiences
- Insight into real-world career paths
- The chance to meet and be mentored by global tech leaders
And the mentors?
They’re something special. We’ve got leaders joining from places like Burberry, Penguin Random House, Shell, Amnesty International, HSBC, and even the Prime Minister’s Office. It’s a rare chance for students to connect with the people shaping the future of tech; ask questions, get advice, and even explore opportunities for mentoring or work experience.
