They are recruiting for a part time Telephone Support Line Operator to join their Felixstowe team
Main description
Suffolk Night Owls is a project within Suffolk Mind that provides a night-time telephone support line, it’s available to anyone in Suffolk who needs emotional support including those with complex emotional needs.
We are looking for a part time Telephone Support Line Operator who has excellent telephone skills and are able to comfortably deal with challenging calls.
Part time – 14 hours per week (Tuesdays and Fridays) 5.50pm – 1.10am (with a 20-minute break) Felixstowe
From £18,500 - £20,600 pro rata per annum plus unsociable hours rate of 20% increase after 10pm
