Main description
ER Supplies are looking for someone to work one or two days a week who is friendly and enthusiastic and willing to work on the trade counter.
Duties will include: -
- Serving customers
- Trade Counter Sales
- Answering the telephone
- Use of the till, handling cash and credit card transactions
- Warehousing signing for deliveries checking deliveries and stock control
- Entering goods, updating stock and prices on the computer
- Responsible for the receipt checking pricing movement and storage of incoming goods
- Ordering picking packing and labelling of products prior to dispatch
- Administration duties as required
Skills required
- You will need to have good customer service kills and a good telephone manner
- Be able to take and process customer orders
- Knowledge of construction/joinery would be an advantage
- This role will involve moving and lifting heavy items
