Haydn Evans is an established engineering practice committed to Engineering Technical Excellence, we are aiming to recruit a Trainee Technician to join our team in Ipswich and to provide training leading to becoming a qualified Civil Engineer
Main description
In this role you will be learning and carrying out the following
- Site inspection/survey work
- Technical and CAD drawings (Computer Aided Design)
- Assisting with design and general office duties.
- Assisting project managers to deliver project work
- Attend meetings and represent the company
The right candidate will be supported to achieve a degree qualification either through paid day release study or via the Modern Apprenticeship route and eventually have the opportunity to qualify as a Civil Engineer. The role will be working within the rail and/or structures team
