Rosedale Funeral Home is a family owned business providing award winning standards of care for bereaved families.
There are a wide range of jobs to choose from within the funeral service profession: funeral director; coffin bearer; embalmer; administrator; bereavement counsellor; civil funeral celebrant; mortuary assistant to name a few.

At Rosedale Funeral Home we are dedicated to ensuring that all our staff are trained to the highest possible standards, and are proud to have our commitment recognised though our Investors in People status.

Depending upon the role you are interested in, there are a series of training and education programmes and qualifications open to you.
The National Association of Funeral Directors offers a variety of nationally recognised courses, all of which are delivered locally on the Norfolk Suffolk border by Rosedale Funeral Training. We will also consider offering an apprenticeship for the right person.
Apprenticeships combine practical training in a job with study.

As an apprentice you’ll:
·         work alongside experienced staff
·         gain job-specific skills
·         earn a wage and get holiday pay
·         get time for study related to your role (usually one day a week)

You can apply for an apprenticeship while you’re still at school. To start one, you’ll need to be:
·         16 or over by the end of the summer holidays
·         living in England
·         not in full-time education
