Hours: Full Time
In this role you will become part of an organised, experienced engineering and maintenance team. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of survey equipment, winches and deployment systems.
The ideal candidate will be interested in mechanical engineering, possess a minimum of GCSE grades A-C in Science, English and Mathematics, a Level 2 BTEC in engineering or equivalent and be computer literate especially in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
You will have a positive approach to problem solving, using initiative and teamwork to overcome issues and meet time deadlines. You will be confident regarding your abilities, an effective communicator with colleagues and managers.
There will be occasional evening and or weekend working and you may be required to further support seagoing operations by attending mobilisations or maintenance and repairs at locations away from Great Yarmouth at short notice.
