Checking referral and IT systems for new customer contacts in relation to Covid19. Checking other channels of communication for new customer enquiries on all other topics. Assigning new enquiries to the appropriate colleagues or team for investigation. Undertaking administrative support for the communities team and help hub. Call handling. Speaking to customers, partners, volunteers and community groups to update records. Based in Long Stratton.
