Monday - Tuesday / Friday: 8.30 am - 6:00 pm. Thursday 8:30 am - 7:00 pm. Saturday ( every other ) 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Shifts to be confirmed. Total hours per week: 37.50

Duties to include:
- Dealing with tenants
- Logging and corresponding with re-maintenance issues
- Dealing with contractors to obtain quotes and liaising with landlords to obtain sign off for works
- It also involves inspecting our homes and chasing outstanding rent arrears
