About the Role:

As an Avon Representative, you will have the freedom to work online using social media platforms or offline through traditional door-to-door sales. You’ll be your own boss, managing your own time and growing your business at your own pace. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Avon’s range of beauty, skincare, and wellness products.
- Use social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to market products and attract customers.
- Engage with your community by offering personal service and product recommendations.
- Process orders and provide excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Option to progress into leadership roles by recruiting and mentoring new Representatives.
