We are offering a Business training programme opportunity to recent graduates from college or University to help broaden their experience which at the end of training will provide an opportunity to work in the area of business they are most suited or interested in. This is a paid training programme
Main Description
Commercial Experience
Here you'll learn about our products and suppliers put together quotes and process orders so you can run the day to day operations. This is the heart of our business working with customer understanding products and dealing with suppliers providing you with a firm grounding of the business.
Business Development
The next stage is Business Development during this phase of training you will build upon the commercial experience you have gained with clients and suppliers the key parts of this role include communicating with existing clients identifying opportunities and managing fulfilment of those opportunities. You will also be engaging with marketing on campaigns to new customers'.
Marketing
With knowledge of clients and proiducts you will be equipped to generate leads and develop our brand during the six month placement in marketing. During this phase you will learn and develop skills in identifying new markets implementing promotional plans and writing content that touches new customer, this will include analysis of data from our website
After six months you will begin to train your successor and once they are ready you will move to the next phase of Operations
Operations and Professional Services
You will start to provide operational support and professional services for clients, this part of the scheme relies on the intimate product knowledge you will have built up over the previous phases. This inclus=des creating online resources to help clients to use the products and service we provide
