Do you have the experience and drive to fulfil the role of a Clinical Support Administrator working within the Early Intervention in Psychosis Service across Suffolk? Do you enjoy working as part of a team, wish to ensure provision of a great service to our community and have an eye for detail? We have a number of exciting opportunities to join a successful team of administrators who are pivotal in what can be a demanding and fast-paced yet rewarding environment.

We are looking to recruit two Band 3 Administrators reporting to the Service Administration County-wide Lead. You would be joining the service at an exciting time as we are currently expanding to allow for the delivery of high-quality care and support packages to individuals and their families at a more localised level. You will work Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm, however this could be reviewed for the right candidate.

You should have good communication, inter-personal skills and full commitment to the care and wellbeing of patients. Theses posts require confident, level-headed individuals who can support a busy service in responding to changing priorities and delivering accurate work within tight deadlines.

As well as having a good standard of education, you should have relevant and recent administration experience as well as good typing skills. You must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach and be able to remain calm under pressure. The ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise your own work is required, as is the capacity to be flexible.
