Directly Responsible to: Operations Manager
Overall Role or Purpose of the job:
• Technical support to the Sales and Operations teams, checking that projects over £20k meet specification and the customer requirements.
• Checking of bespoke pricing and bespoke quotes for Technical Specification Managers.
• Raising variations once projects have been released to Operations.
• Attend pre order meetings where requested, offering Technical Support and ensuring Glazing Vision understand the customer requirements and bringing to the clients attention any technical issues with proposals.
• Attend on site meetings and checking site requirements to allow the Technical Specification Managers to quote the right solution for the client.
• Assisting in contractual negotiations and reviewing contract terms and conditions as support to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
This role comes with a bonus scheme of 15% of the variation profit value. If the variation is worth £10,000 and the profit is £3,000 the bonus received will be £450. The profit bonus scheme will be paid on completion of the project and the project achieving a minimum mark up of 100%
