Whartons Garden Roses is a third-generation family business, with two sites both just outside of Harleston Norfolk. Whartons are the largest UK grower of garden roses supplying and growing over 1.5 million roses to garden centres throughout the UK every year.
General Nursery Worker positions
Opportunities for enthusiastic, energetic individuals to join the production teams at varying levels of responsibility.
- Tasks can cover all aspects of rose production, including planting, propagation, grading and preparing roses for dispatch.
- Applicants must be physically fit and happy to work at pace.
- The roles would suit anyone looking to start or further a career in horticulture those who enjoy outdoor teamwork.
These positions are full time Monday to Friday with some seasonal overtime. There will be opportunities for the right candidates to progress within the company.
Wage is dependent on experience and the type of suitable role. Candidates without plant experience will be considered and full training will be given.
