Amarinth, a world-leading, net-zero designer and manufacturer of low lifecycle cost centrifugal pumps and associated equipment, primarily for the offshore and onshore oil & gas industries; nuclear and renewable energy generation; defence; desalination; process and industrial markets
- To build a range of different pump-assemblies, to a variety of specifications.
- Become competent with all the operating machinery required to complete a successful high-quality product.
- Liaise with Sub Suppliers to ensure quality of goods and service meet standards acceptable for manufacturing.
- Produce test related documentation via the Testbay database in a timely manner.
- Assist the hydraulic design department analyse test data to identify improvements which can be applied to the product range.
- To tune / modify pumps to ensure that the required test criteria are achieved.
- To keep abreast of any changes in testing specifications to ensure conformity to the latest industry standards.
- To build a range of different pump-assemblies, to a variety of specifications.
Entry requirements
Minimum 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at minimum grade 5 - Essential

Engineering Fitter Level 3

Future Prospects
Also, it is the company’s intention to offer a full time, permanent position on successful completion of the apprenticeship, but this will be conditional upon both the apprentice’s performance during their apprenticeship and the needs of the business at that time.
