Main description

We are seeking a motivated and conscientious student to support our ERP implementation project. Working closely with the Project Management Lead and wider project team, you will assist with organisational, analytical, documentation and data creating tasks across various project stages. This role offers hands-on experience in enterprise systems, project coordination, and cross functional teamwork.

Duration of the internship: 12 months, part-time (20hrs per week), Start: May 2026
Hours: 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday - from time-to-time the company may require the individual to change their working week to fit the needs of the project)
Reports to: ERP Project Management Lead

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Support

  • Assist the Project Management Lead with day-to-day project activities.
  • Help schedule, prepare and document meetings and workshops.
  • Track project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Maintain and structure documentation within shared folders and project repositories.
  • Prepare presentations and communication materials.

Software Implementation

  • Take part in ERP design, process, and testing workshops together with the implementation partner.
  • Support the implementation ‘sprints’ by testing and helping coordinate feedback between business users, project team, and the implementation partners.
  • Process legacy data and create data in the new system.
  • Help in the development and documentation of (new) processes and build user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree (such as Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a structured working approach.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; experience with Teams and SharePoint is advantageous).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Interest in ERP systems, digital processes, and project management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems and data bases (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Planner, DevOps)
  • Experience with business intelligence software (e.g. Power BI, CRM, Jet Reporting)
  • Previous internship or student role in IT, operations, or project work.
