Job Description

An Insurance Appraiser will analyse the damage and assess the repair cost for the insurance claim settlement. They will prepare the forms to indicate the estimate for repair and recommendations and involve another appraiser if the recommendations are disputed.

Entry Requirements

Experience as a claims technician or similar would be beneficial.  On the job training will be given but a degree in surveying/engineering/accountancy/law/risk management would be an advantage.

Starting Salary

£16,000 to £30,000
