Will communicate with the needs of a client or the business executives to set marketing strategy combining numerical skills with knowledge of consumer behaviour, market researchers will survey consumer preferences to improve existing products and services.

You could get into this job through an apprenticeship.

With experience, you could become a supervisor or area fieldwork manager. You could also become a research assistant in a market research agency or social research organisation.
