About us

A well established and highly respected independent UK home care provider, Home Instead Senior Care is part of a worldwide organisation devoted to providing the highest-quality care for older people in the comfort of their own homes. We offer a wide range of one-to-one services tailor made to the needs of the individual - and home visits can be from an hour a day up to 24 -7 care that includes weekends and holidays.

Services are flexible to the needs of each client. These can include personal care such as assistance with bathing, dressing, eating and medication; home help covering all aspects of day-to-day housework, shopping, meal preparation and household duties; and companionship services that can involve everything from escorting clients on visits or appointments to simple conversation and good company.

We operate through a national network of locally owned and operated offices - each has an in-depth understanding of the immediate area, its amenities and what's available for older people in their community. So you can depend on Home Instead to provide the very best advice based on your family needs, your locality and your unique requirements.

Through regular meetings with all parties concerned, we provide ongoing care programmes that adapt to changing needs, giving assurance that the highest standards of care are being provided at all times.

"There is a feeling of assurance that the person you love and care for is being taken care of in your absence. That's what Home Instead does. My Aunt hates to see her Caregivers go. There are times she probably would like to see them more than me." - Ryan K. Client's nephew
