What You Need To Know...
This programme is free.
- You can work through the lessons at your own pace, and over as many sessions as you like.
- You'll watch short videos on the skills and behaviours employers are looking for, plus you can download infographics with 'Top Tips' to take away and practise.
- You can record this learning on your CV and be more application-ready when you apply for jobs in the future.
- You will receive a personalised completion certificate at the end of programme - make sure to reference this in your applications for apprenticeships and jobs!
Duration
There is a brief introduction module and four main modules to complete.
Each main module includes a series of videos, some questions to answer and downloadable infographics of things to practice that you can refer back to. It should take you no more than an hour to complete each module.
You can work through this programme at your own pace. You don't need to complete the entire programme in one session and can return as often as you like to work through the various modules. It's beneficial to reflect and practise what you are learning as you go.

Your Sense of Self
This module encourages self-reflection on understanding oneself, reading others, maintaining composure in difficult situations, and staying motivated.
Your Social Skills
This module focuses on enhancing key social skills including communication, networking, presentation and teamwork. Learners will build well-rounded social abilities through interactive learning and self-assessment.
Getting Things Done
This module focuses on developing essential skills for productivity and efficiency, such as critical thinking, time management, problem-solving, adaptability, financial and digital literacy.
You as a Future Leader
This module prepares learners for leadership roles by focusing on key skills such as leadership, cultural awareness, continual learning, creativity, and innovation.
