Apprenticeships at Clarke Welding Services

Applications for 2025 are closed but will open again in June next year (2026)

Clarke Welding Services Limited is a long established welding, pipefitting and fabrication company that supplies coded welders, fabrications, maintenance support and new installation projects to many of the largest companies in the area.

We look to recruit level 3 Metal Fabricator/Welding apprentices who are keen to be involved with varied and sometimes challenging projects.

This would suit someone adept at problem solving and motivated to learn as we undertake a wide variety of work including welding, pipefitting, plating and general fabrication which can also involve working on site, in confined spaces and at height.

This would be based at our workshop at Woolpit (IP30 9UP) and on our clients’ sites. Applicants would be expected to make their own arrangements for transport to college which is at Colchester Institute for one day a week.
