Working as part of our small team in our Ipswich store located within ASDA at Whitehouse dealing with a variety of business and consumer customers. You will be fully trained to repair smartphones, tablets and laptop devices. Exciting opportunities exist for the right people as part of our regional expansion plans.

What you will do in your working day
Duties include but not limited to:
Greeting customers and maintain high level of customer service
Repair mobile devices, tablets, laptops
Provide customer information related to repairs, keep them updated throughout the repair process and provide aftercare
Understanding a variety of technical problems
Trouble shooting
Upselling various products
The training you will be getting
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 standard.
Functional Skills Level 2 Maths and English to be taken if an equivalent grade has not been achieved.
