Marine Leisure is the term that covers leisure boat building, boat or yacht design, watersports, crewing of super yachts and marinas and yacht harbours.

The industry is very diverse and there are a huge range of opportunities from marina managers to engineers, chefs, super-yacht captains, deckhands and much more.

Whilst much of the industry is located in coastal areas there is also a thriving waterway industry based around the country’s extensive network of canals, rivers, lakes and the Norfolk Broads.
