Education Job Finder is a specialist recruitment site, with listings of teaching and non-teaching roles and childcare roles in all types of educational and childcare establishments in the East of England area.

What we do

In addition to vacancies in specific organisations we also have a range of talent pools for candidates to join to boost their chances of securing a role. We have a teaching assistant talent pool for candidates interested in working and/or training as a teaching assistant in a school. We also have talent pools for early career teachers, SEND talent pool for teachers wanting to work in SEND, the Teacher Talent pool for teachers with 1 or 2 years experience.

Routes into Teaching

If you’re thinking of teacher training the first thing you need to do is get some experience in a school.  You will need to show that you have done this when you apply anyway, but being in a school can also help you decide which age range you want to teach.
