About Me

My name is Wayne Fountain and I'm a Sports & Soft Tissue therapist. I also offer IASTM, Medical Acupuncture, Vacuum Cupping and Ultrasound treatments.

I have experience working with clients and athletes in a variety of disciplines and have worked at different sporting clubs and events including Norwich City FC and the London Marathon.

I have my own clinic based in Gayton near King's Lynn. I also work at a Chiropractic clinic in Peterborough in alliance with three Chiropractors and two acupuncturists, treating clients for a variety of soft tissue dysfunctions and body postural problems. And a Sports Injury Clinic based on the outskirts of Norwich working alongside a Sports Rehabilitator, Sports Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and Acupuncturist. I am a member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA) & Sports Therapy Organisation (STO).

You don't Have to be an Athlete to benefit from Sports & Remedial treatments. Everyone in life gets niggles, reduced range of motion, stiffness, migraines, headaches, general aches and pains and many more everyday issues.

What is Sports Massage?

Sports Massage or Soft Tissue Therapy is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, ligaments and tendons. It is applicable not only to people who participate in sport but to anybody wishing to guard against or recover from a soft tissue / muscle injury.

Sports massage is not solely for athletes and sports injuries. Sports Massage includes treatment of the muscles and soft tissues of the body, and is suitable for anybody and a wide variety of conditions including; Headaches, Migraines, Lower Back Pain, Runners Knee, Tendinitis, Tennis / Golfers Elbow, RSI, Plantar Fasciitis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Shin Splints.
