Fred. Olsen Travel offers worldwide holidays, cruises, city breaks, weddings & honeymoons, exhilarating adventures and much, much more. With a range of different specialisms providing online inspiration and high street travel agencies across East Anglia and the south coast.
Established in 1988, the business gathered pace with a series of high-street retail shops in East Anglia, which were later joined by agencies in Dorset and Hampshire. More recently, it has diversified online with the introduction of websites focusing on river cruising, city breaks and even expeditions to Antarctica and the North Pole. This is all provided by the Fred. Holidays brand, which continues to expand its online portfolio with authentic offerings all over the world. Additionally, Fred. Olsen Travel is the UK general sales agents for Star Clippers, Amadeus River Cruises and American Cruise Lines.
Our travel experts offer a friendly and professional service. They all have first-hand experience and are well travelled, covering many holiday locations around the world.

Apprenticeships
Our apprenticeship programs are open to all and offer a chance to earn money while you gain an accredited qualification. We offer apprenticeships in Travel Consultancy, Customer Service, Business Administration, Marketing and ICT. We work with a local training provider who will support you through completing your qualification.

Whilst on your apprenticeship journey you will be fully supported by your manager, your training consultant and our early careers coordinator.
Work Experience
We recognise that work experience is an invaluable way to gain insight into our business and the way we work. We have opportunities for 1 or 2 weeks work experience placement at some of our offices.

Graduate Scheme
Here at Fred. Olsen we offer graduate schemes, during your graduate placement, you will receive support throughout their training, with a dedicated mentor and regular one-one sessions with talented colleagues.
To ensure you have a wide experience of both industry and the Fred. Olsen business, this 24-month programme has been divided into four separate phases. These phases are designed to give you many different experiences within a global company.
Internship
An internship is a great way to gain work experience. An internship will offer you a chance to spend time with Fred. Olsen and learn new skills. This programme is for undergraduates and you will be required to study particular degree disciplines depending on the area of the team you’re interested in.
