Kentwell Hall is a Sixteenth Century stately home in Long Melford, Suffolk, England, surrounded by timbered outbuildings, tranquil gardens and a large estate.
It is best known as the originator of re-creations of Tudor domestic life, for schools and the public, in which it still leads the field in the UK.
The house, gardens and farm are open from March to October, and special events take part through-out the year, including multi-period re-creations, outdoor theatre events, Scaresville (an award-winning Halloween experience) and our Dickensian Christmas. We're also a location for filming, weddings and corporate events.
Kentwell has seasonal event and function vacancies as well as volunteering opportunities and occasional work experience vacancies, and is interested in hearing from applicants who are active, confident, flexible and outgoing individuals able to take on a variety of roles and work well within a small team. Visit the jobs section on our website for full details.
