We are an established, family-owned and operated company providing personal and professional care for those in need.
At Purely Care, we are dedicated towards providing specialised personalised care to people in the comfort of their own homes. We have years of experience and offer practical and emotional support to all our clients.
Our daily care services are available in Norwich and live-in care throughout East Anglia, extending to Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire.
All of our carers are experienced and fully trained, but also have the right personality. For this reason we have developed the most stringent internal quality controls and training programme to make sure that our clients have the very best available.
Are you looking for a career in care?
We have excellent opportunities for experienced live-in carers to join our team, plus daily community care jobs.
Over the years, we have managed to earn a great reputation in the Norwich area. We have achieved this by providing high-quality care and providing professional, compassionate and thorough care. We provide our staff with training to national standards and encourage staff to become qualified carers.
We offer full-time and part-time job opportunities. Some guaranteed hours posts are available as well as the more traditional flexible zero hours contracts.
Our care staff have an initial five day training course which includes practical exercises as well as theory. Our training meets the national standards of Skills for Care. If new staff do not have formal qualifications, the initial training starts their Care Certificate programme which is usually completed over three months. Successful candidates are subsequently awarded the Care Certificate. Subjects covered by our initial training include food hygiene, emergency aid awareness, infection control, confidentiality, dementia and handling emergency situations.
We have a regular schedule of mandatory refresher training and on-going training which covers topics such as falls prevention, diabetes and palliative care as well as client specific training.
In addition, we encourage our staff to study, a QCF level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care being desirable.
