What are they and how do they work?
Apprenticeships are training programmes designed by employers to give eager applicants the skills and qualifications needed by businesses. They are a combination of on-the-job and off-the-job learning. You can learn and earn so you get new skills and get paid; you can take part in a brand new role or at your existing employer. With an Apprenticeship you’ll receive accredited qualifications with on-the-job training, paid holidays and widen your opportunities for progression. You will also be given the opportunity to get onto the career ladder in your choice of industry. If you like the sound of being paid to learn then you should enrol onto one of our Apprenticeships. You are employed to do a job and you enrol on an Apprenticeship. You train towards your qualification through on going work-based learning, evidenced by a portfolio and continual assessments from Tess Group assessors.
