Our mission is to create an environment that promotes independence and positive outcomes. What we do makes a real difference to people’s lives. We passionately believe that every person has the right to live the life they want – we support people to live where, how and with whom they choose.
We provide support for thousands of people with learning and physical disabilities, brain injuries, autism and other needs across the UK.
We offer person-centred care and support in a range of settings, and have experience of enabling people to move from a residential setting to a more independent supported living environment as their needs change.
The services we offer include:
- Community support (supported living, day centres, respite)
- Care homes (residential)
- Acquired brain injury rehabilitation
- Nurse-led care and support for children and adults
We have around 350 services, based across the UK and recruit approximately 4000 support staff over the year. Positions include home managers, support workers, senior support workers, nurses, service support roles such as a gardener or cook and operations managers.
