YMCA Trinity Group is a charity that’s been here for our communities in Cambridgeshire and Suffolk for over 170 years. At YMCA Trinity Group our focus is on supporting and empowering young people, strengthening families, and supporting communities to thrive.
We promote health and wellbeing through physical and mental growth. Our programmes and services are designed to meet the diverse needs of our members, and we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
We believe that everyone should have access to opportunities that promote positive development, and we work tirelessly to provide affordable and accessible services to all.
From childcare and youth development programmes, family work and training and education, to mental health services and gyms, we offer a wide range of programmes for young people, our communities, and in partnership with multi-agencies and authorities, that foster personal growth and community engagement.
What We Do
- Housing - Providing a home and personalised support services for a fresh start in life
- Health & Wellbeing - Providing affordable gyms, sport and recreation for fitness, and community hubs for classes, social connection and collaborations
- Support & Advice - A safe place to talk and get help through guided groups, mentoring, counselling, and mental health services
- Training & Education - Opportunities to gain qualifications, skills and employment
- Family & Youth Work - Creating positive outcomes with children and young people in their communities, and support for families with nursery, day care, holiday and year-round programmes.
