The key purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for our Contracts department. This is a key function within the organisation working alongside our Sales and Operations Teams to provide a ‘wow’ customer experience in the setup of customer accounts and the installation process.
What will the apprentice be doing?
Responsibilities include but are not restricted to:
Assisting the Contracts Team with the administration of the onboarding of new customers and the installation of their equipment
Dealing with customer and internal queries
Management of documentation
Collating data for reports
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Full training and support will be given to achieve a Business Administration qualification at Level 3.
