We are a unique charity organisation, looking for someone to work as part of our relationship abuse team. Your role will be supportive, rewarding and empowering. Each day will be different and you will undergo a variety of exciting tasks that will focus around different projects with all ages, genders and backgrounds.

What you will do in your working day
Contributing to major creative projects
Providing administrative support to the team
Establish a filing system that streamlines document retrieval
Data entry of sensitive, confidential information
Assisting with diary management, such as scheduling appointments and planning meetings
Handling reception duties, which includes managing incoming and outgoing post
Handle emails and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
Demonstrate strong communication skills and courteous telephone manner when communicating with staff, professionals, clients, and parents of clients
Collaborating with youth workers, adult workers, counsellors, and counselling coordinators.

A full DBS will be required as part of 'Pre-employment' checks.

About the employer
We are a charity based in West Suffolk, working with individuals of all genders aged 7 years upwards; working closely with partner agencies to support and educate victims and survivors who have experienced relationship abuse. The meaning of alumah comes from the (medieval) Hebrew word Alumah meaning 'strong, brave'
