Your role and responsibilities
As key members of the team, you will provide high-quality administrative support focused on SEND and inclusion. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing office records, monitoring group inboxes, drafting routine correspondence, and answering calls to support communication with families and professionals. You will contribute to the development and improvement of administrative systems, share your expertise to enhance team practices, and provide guidance and on-the-job training to colleagues. You’ll play an active role in team meetings, offer cover for team members when needed, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations when handling confidential information. Working closely with wider SEND colleagues, particularly within the Annual Review space, you will help ensure the smooth running of operations by managing multiple priorities, adapting to urgent tasks, and maintaining a clear audit trail for collaborative working
