Part of Drax Group plc, Haven Power is enabling a zero carbon, lower cost energy future – playing a vital role in the UK’s transition away from coal. Drax Power Station – the UK’s biggest renewable generator – provides support services to the national grid and is backing the government’s target of achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050. In the first half of this year, Drax announced a 52% reduction in reported carbon emissions compared to the same period in 2018.
