Steadfast Training Ltd’s vision is to make a positive difference to people’s lives by providing outstanding learning opportunities. We care about the welfare, needs and ambitions of all our learners. We ensure learners receive nationally recognised qualifications, and gain transferable skills to allow better performance at work, improve personal development as well as career prospects.

What is an Apprenticeship?

Apprenticeships refer to on-the-job training leading to nationally recognised qualifications. The length of the programme varies depending on the course level and the experience you already have in your job role.

As an apprentice you’ll:

  • work alongside experienced staff
  • gain job-specific skills
  • earn a wage and get holiday pay

Who are they for?
Apprenticeships are open to all ages over 16, whether you are just leaving school, have been working for years or are seeking to start a new career. You need to have been a resident in the EU for three years and not be in full time education.

What are the benefits of being an Apprentice?
You'll get recognised qualifications and full support during your training. You will also be earning a wage while you learn, and will have access to a higher qualification at the end leading to better performance at work, improved personal development and career prospects.

What will I earn?
The minimum wage for an Apprentice is £3.50 an hour, however, we do encourage businesses to reward good performance through an increase in wages. If you are already employed your wage will not change.

We specialise in the delivery of Vocational Qualifications and Apprenticeships within many sectors, you can view all the Apprenticeships we offer here

Skills Support for The Workforce/Redundancy

We deliver a free training programme to support businesses and employees, including those affected by redundancies, through the delivery of demand-led skills support.

As a start, we will undertake a company needs analysis and robust initial assessment of skills needs in the business. We will deliver vocational training, which can be either accredited or non-accredited, full qualifications or just units of qualifications, to support individuals into higher levels of training and workplace progression.

Training will be address basic skills needs, as well as intermediate (Level 2) and higher level skills (equivalent to Level 3 or above) to help employers close identified skills gaps and shortages.

This programme will help your businesses to develop the skills levels your staff needs so that your company can compete in the market. All training is free of charge.
