Personal Bankers help customers with their banking needs, deciding which account will suit them best and what financial products and services will suit their needs. They will normally speak with customers in a more private area of the bank and listen to their requests and queries, then refer them to another member of the team if necessary such as a mortgage or financial advisor.
No specific qualifications are required although most banks may require four GCSE's (9-4 / A-C), training will be provided by the bank. You maybe able to get started through an apprenticeship, most of the large Banks offer an apprenticeship programme, take a look at their websites for further information
