Job Description

Personal Bankers help customers with their banking needs, deciding which account will suit them best and what financial products and services will suit their needs. They will normally speak with customers in a more private area of the bank and listen to their requests and queries, then refer them to another member of the team if necessary such as a mortgage or financial advisor.

Entry Requirements

You could get into this role through an apprenticeship, most of the large banks offer an apprenticeship programme.  You won't always need formal qualifications but employers will usually look for a good standard of education. You may have an advantage if you have GCSEs in English and maths or equivalent.

£16,000 to £26,000
