What We offer:
On joining Marsh, you will meet your “mentor” who, over the course of your 18-24 month programme, will help you get through the extensive insurance-related training on offer and coach you as you learn more about us and what we do.

On-the-job training, Soft skills training & Apprenticeships in the following:

• Level 3 Insurance Practitioner
• Level 3 Business Administrator
• Level 3 Senior Financial Services Customer Advisor
• Work towards Professional Qualification:
• Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate

If you have achieved or are on track to achieve a 2:1 degree or above in any discipline Marsh offers a two-year Graduate Development Programme which gives colleagues ample opportunities to develop and succeed in achieving a successful career as a future Marsh business leader. Our Graduate Development Programme provides you with an accelerated foundation to your career. It’s a challenging and rewarding programme, with a combination of on-the-job learning, working on real projects with real clients, a skills development programme, and the completion of a professional insurance qualification - the Advanced Diploma in Insurance.
