People management, made simple.
Moss HR is an independent HR consultancy based in rural Suffolk. We work with small to medium-sized businesses across the East of England including, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Essex and beyond.
Our VALUES underpin everything we do.
We do the right thing – even when no one is looking and encourage our clients to do the same.
We believe that working in collaboration with clients, and their current management team will get the best results. We will work together to understand their organisation, its strengths and obstacles to get the success they want. There’s never a one size fits all when managing people!
Straight forward, no nonsense talk is a strength and we pride ourselves on our honest and direct approach. Many issues arise because managers are unsure of how to handle a subject issue – poor performance, unsuitable conduct or appearance is common theme. Tough decision-making is a part of everyday business life and we’re not afraid to take the bull by the horns and have those difficult conversations whilst maintaining an empathetic approach.
We love what we do and we’re full of passion and positivity. HR is about people, so we build strong relationships based on trust and integrity. We take a positive approach in everything we do and aim for the best solution for our clients with their organisation’s aims in mind.
Our main aim is to help clients establish and manage good working practices to support their organisation and its employees. This theme runs throughout the employment relationship from creating policies and handbooks to recruiting the right staff and settling disputes, we are there every step of the way.
