About us

At Warren Services, we are dedicated to engineering excellence and customer satisfaction. We collaborate closely with our customers to ensure every project aligns with their goals. We prioritise sourcing materials from ethical supply chain partners, focusing on local suppliers where possible. Our engineers and technicians are supported by a dedicated team in sales, estimating, planning, procurement and quality, ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality results.

Our commitment to the future of engineering starts with inspiring young people in schools, academies, colleges and universities to pursue careers in engineering and manufacturing. This continues through our established apprenticeship program and extends to upskilling our workforce. Our apprentices experience a structured journey across the business, spending four months in every department during their initial three-year apprenticeship. This comprehensive approach ensures they understand the entire manufacturing process and all aspects of the business.

We run regular open days, allowing students to visit our factories and experience life at Warren first hand. Even when we don’t have vacancies, we are keen to hear from individuals committed to working in the industry. For specific questions about the skills and qualifications we seek, please email our HR Director, Estee Ross, at recruitment@warrenservices.co.uk.

We offer a rewarding career

Warren is committed to building the workforce of the future. We work with schools, academies, colleges and universities to inspire people to pursue engineering and manufacturing careers. We run regular open days too, so students can visit our factories and see what life at Warren is really like.

Even when we don’t have vacancies, we are keen to hear from people who are committed to working in the industry. If you have a specific question about the skills and qualifications that we tend to need, please email our HR Director, Estee Ross, at recruitment@warrenservices.co.uk.

Apprenticeships and Up-skilling

We give all our apprentices a structured experience across the business. Their initial three-year apprenticeship journey involves four months in every department, including planning and purchasing. We want our technicians and engineers to understand not just the entire manufacturing process but all aspects of the business.

This approach benefits our people, our business and our customers. It creates more rounded individuals with a better idea of their own skills and capabilities. This helps them develop more fulfilling career paths.

In return, we gain well motivated, cross-skilled employees with a real commitment to the company and the industry. This makes Warren more flexible; able to respond to your developing needs. That enables us to build long-term, mutually rewarding partnerships.
