Purpose-driven, senior-led, and built to last. Wingfield Consultants is a purpose-driven, award-winning, accredited, and B Corp-certified management consulting, coaching, and mentoring practice based in Norfolk, UK. We help purpose-led leaders and organisations across the business, civic, community, and educational sectors grow and thrive, working across five distinct client communities, our "five rooms": SMEs, mid-market, third sector, public sector, and the Growth Academy.

Business model
