About us

Spring is a strategic communications design agency based in the seaside town of Southwold, Suffolk.

Now Britain's sixth most peer-respected independent design agency and featuring in the Design Week UK Top 100 - one of only six agencies headed by a woman to be included in the list - Spring counts amongst its clients the National Trust, Visit Suffolk, EDF Energy and the Moroccan National Tourism Board.

Spring specialises in brand consultancy, destination marketing, digital marketing and multi-channel communications programmes.

Working with us

We currently employ 25 people across a range of roles, including Graphic Designer, Copywriter, Account Handler, Web Developer, Financial Assistant, PR, Database Manager and Film Editor.

If you're looking to gain experience in the creative communications industries then you'll be interested to hear that Spring has an ongoing internship program that gives young people and graduates the opportunity to see what agency life has to offer.

We love the energy and ideas that our interns bring, so at Spring you won't just be making tea (though we won't protest if you offer). Spring's interns learn on the job and get involved from day one in every part of our exciting work, from joining the team - that's developing a new brand to writing copy for an e-newsletter, helping run workshops and doing market research.

We have offered successful candidates anything from a couple of days in the office to a five-month internship, depending on their circumstances. We've got a long history of taking on interns who have thrived with us.

If you would like further information about Spring, please visit our website and look out for opportunities posted on here on icanbea.
