About the Banking Industry

Banking is the largest employer in the financial industry. It can be split into three main areas…

Retail: high street banks that look after small companies and individuals.

Investment: looks after large companies, governments and other large organisations.

Private banking: rich or high net worth individuals who enjoy high levels of income or invest sizeable assets.

The industry has a lot of big players that you will have heard of and some other less well known. Many of them invest heavily in training schemes such as apprenticeships and graduate schemes. Find what you’re looking by following the various links.
